We are committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidential telemetry data of our clients, drivers, and website visitors. We collect only the data strictly necessary to deliver vehicle tracking services, regulatory compliance certifications, and customer support.
2. Zero Third-Party Advertising & Tracking Guarantee
This website does not load third-party tracking SDKs, advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok pixel), cross-site behavioral cookies, session replay scripts (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity), or commercial telemetry networks. All scripts, stylesheets, and fonts are stored locally and served directly from our secure servers.
3. Information We Collect
- Inquiry & Contact Information: Name, business email, phone number, company name, and fleet size submitted voluntarily through our contact forms.
- Telematics Fleet Data (Contracted Clients Only): GPS coordinates, vehicle speed, ignition status, fuel sensor data, and temperature logs collected exclusively for the client's private fleet account.
- Technical Server Logs: Anonymized IP addresses and browser headers stored temporarily for rate-limiting, brute-force mitigation, and server security.
4. Government Regulatory Disclosure (SecurePath & SIRA)
Where required by law (such as car rental companies and leasing fleets operating under SIRA SecurePath mandates), encrypted vehicle telematics data is transmitted directly to authorized UAE government security servers. HallaTrack does not sell, lease, or monetize client telematics data to any private commercial entity.
5. Data Retention & Security
We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS / TLS 1.3, AES encrypted storage, secure hashed credentials) to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. Telematics historical data is retained according to client contract terms or statutory UAE regulatory retention windows.
